"I want to echo all the positives of other reviewers. Heather Cella and Rae McKee have been extraordinary partners over a three-year period. They first helped us find and rent an apartment (condo) on W 68th Street, showing incredible patience looking at "as many units as we wanted" while further educating us about the market and tailoring the search to our specific needs. We'd lived on the UWS for close to 10 years already, so their proficiency was clear and appreciated. Their Upper West Side expertise went far beyond listings. They knew the buildings and personnel inside and out and had helped clients in nearly every building we considered - meaning they were able to speak to detailed accounts of the actual resident experience. Three years later, they represented us in purchasing a co-op on W 72nd Street. They knew the entire NYC co-op process - from evaluating properties and negotiating to financing, board packages, approval and closing. Their referrals were excellent, including a lender who obtained a rate well below market and other quotes I'd received, and trusted contractors and other professionals. They continue to consult with us even after closing.
